KARACHI: Fire broke out in a wooden factory located in Main Saddar’s Rainbow Centre on Monday.
According to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC)’s fire department, the fire broke out at around 1:30pm. The fire was declared of third degree and took around three hours to extinguish.
The fire department said that on the upper storey of the godown, fire crackers were kept and as fire reached to the upper storey, it started exploding with intervals, triggering a panic.
